It would be for something as simple as installing a few applications and fixing the resolution. Its a very long story as too why I may need someone out of office, I'm just trying to line up something so that if I do need someone, I can line it up FAST

As of a meeting this morning, the issue moved about 3 levels above me, so I think I'm now ok.
